• Parse and analyze DMARC XML aggregate reports
• Simulate enforcement decisions
• Identify third-party senders and misconfigurations
• Improve domain security and email deliverability

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. DMARC Report Handling

By configuring your domain’s rua record to send DMARC reports to Mail of Steel:

• You grant us permission to collect, store, parse, and analyze those reports
• You retain ownership of your domain data; we only process it to deliver insights and functionality
• We do not access or store the content of individual emails — only metadata from aggregate reports

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Mail of Steel offers both free and paid subscription plans. By upgrading, you agree to:

• Pay fees associated with your selected plan
• Allow recurring billing unless canceled
• Understand that all fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Downgrading or canceling a paid plan may limit access to features or stored reports.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Mail of Steel to access data you don’t have permission to monitor
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems
• Reverse-engineer or clone any part of the platform
• Use the platform to spam, spoof, or misrepresent identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. By using Mail of Steel, you consent to that data handling.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Mail of Steel, its logo, software, and all intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit the Service without permission.

9. Modifications to the Service

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will do our best to notify users of significant changes, especially if they affect your subscription.

10. Disclaimers

Mail of Steel is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of security insights. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 6 months.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, we may delete your stored data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
